Over the span of Luca-Dan’s 20-year career, he has been drawn to entrepreneurship, management, and consulting, driven by his strategic mindset and relentless commitment to delivering results.

With a data-driven approach to innovation and optimization, he has helped scale both start-ups and international businesses, creating meaningful results and lasting impact.

With an accomplished career in both marketing and data analytics, his intellectual curiosity has now led him to pursue a PhD that combines AI, management practices and neuroscience. He is currently writing his thesis on how the use of LLMs affects our brain circuits, uncovering astounding results.

His diverse areas of expertise made him an obvious choice as an expert advisor, combining corporate experience with neuroscience and cognitive development, and aligning perfectly with the mission of The Performance Game.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Growing up I was asked this a lot (and now people are starting to ask this of my kids). In communist Romania, 30 years ago, the range of answers was far narrower than it is today.

If I could travel back and answer now, I would still say, “I don’t know,” but for a different reason: the world today evolves so quickly, that none of us can fully predict what we will ultimately become.

I live by the Greek wisdom that “the only constant is change,” and what I hope to be, if I ever fully grow up, is at ease with uncertainty, able to embrace the unknown and let life unfold.
