About Us

Our Story

The inspiration for creating The Performance Game has come from many different places, people, and times in my life, where wisdom has been offered to me, either through the words of others or life lessons.

From the emotional intelligence and kindness of my family, to books and podcasts on neuroscience and psychology, to the people that have inspired me, and the lessons and challenges my career has taught me - it has all been part of shaping this project.

It created a desire in me, to always strive to become a better version of myself, to gain more knowledge, and to spread empathy and understanding to the people I encounter on my path. This labour of love is my attempt of doing so. But we can only grow to a certain extent on our own, before we need to seek out new wisdom from the people who have already accomplished the goals we wish to achieve.

That is why I sought out the assistance of the experts who have all been a part of creating The Performance Game. These highly skilled, emotionally intelligent leaders are all people I have crossed paths with at some point in life, whom I deeply admire and respect.

They each have their own specialties and capabilities, bringing new and unique knowledge to the game, that will help countless individuals and organizations to realize their fullest potential, and they will continue to touch lives through this legacy.

I am truly proud, grateful, and humbled that they have all chosen to participate, and it is our sincere hope that the game will make a real impact for professionals globally, by helping to foster wholesome and expansive work environments, resulting in growth, fulfillment, and measurable results for all parties.

The Performance Game was designed with the mission to help individuals realize their full potential, live out their purpose, create coherence within their teams, and facilitate growth for their organizations.
