Evan Kaeding

Evan began his marketing career in Portland, Oregon, in 2013, where he quickly rose through the ranks by problem-solving, creating innovative solutions, and demonstrating dedication, integrity, and grit from a young age.

Whilst pursuing a degree from Portland State University and an additional certificate in Data Science from Stanford University, he even built a thriving business tutoring other students, making an early introduction to the world of business, and making an impact in others’ lives by helping them to succeed and achieve their goals.

Over the years, his career has blossomed across the areas of marketing, business development, data analytics, and solutions engineering, but yet he has still maintained his empathy, emotional intelligence, and upstanding character.

His thirst for knowledge has since led him to various leadership roles in large international organizations, as well as across continents, and today he is the Global Director of Solutions Engineering at Supermetrics in Helsinki, Finland, where he leads a team of 11 people across Singapore, Helsinki, Dublin, the U.K. and the U.S.

He is a true example of a leader who has worked his way to the top through ingenuity, curiosity, and a mindset of wanting to create and provide value. Evan is not just highly treasured by his organization and team, he is also a pillar of the data analytics community in the Nordics.

While his professional accomplishments speak for themselves, he was a natural fit to become an expert on The Performance Game due to his kind and empathetic nature, which he continues to demonstrate through every interaction he has, being a great example for aspiring leaders to live up to.
