With a varied background which has taken her from one of the world’s largest brands and one of the biggest companies in Denmark (A.P. Møller - Maersk) to co-founding a cleantech start-up, Kate has excelled in various roles and worked her way to the top for over 30 years.

Having led international teams in offices in London, Mumbai, Dar es Salaam, and Copenhagen, her career is a testament to her accomplishments, ambition, and dedication.

What is a professional value you will not compromise on?

Integrity. I always need to be able to look at myself in the mirror and be comfortable with the decisions I make. That goes both for the way I work and also what I am willing to accept from others I work with. That may sound like a luxury and there are obviously situations that are spiced with an element of pragmatism, but there will always be red lines that I am not willing to compromise.
